Dillesh Rao is the Founder & CEO of CampusMarg Group, an entrepreneur and business leader with over 20 years of experience across recruitment, staffing, BPO services, education, technology, and business development.

With a strong understanding of the evolving employment and education landscape, Dillesh Rao founded CampusMarg with a vision to bridge the gap between talent, education, and industry. Under his leadership, CampusMarg has grown into a diversified organization providing solutions across recruitment & staffing, contract staffing, BPO services, education admissions, skill development, and technology-enabled business solutions.

His professional expertise spans IT and ITES recruitment, volume hiring, workforce management, customer support operations, education consulting, institutional partnerships, and technology-driven business processes. He has worked closely with organizations across sectors including IT/ITES, BFSI, healthcare, education, and customer experience services.

As an entrepreneur, Dillesh Rao strongly believes in building sustainable businesses by combining people, technology, and processes. His leadership philosophy focuses on creating long-term value for clients while providing candidates and young professionals with access to meaningful career opportunities.
