Project scope, service levels, pricing, turnaround times, confidentiality obligations, and deliverables shall be governed by the applicable service agreement, proposal, work order, statement of work (SOW), or purchase order executed between the Company and the client.

8. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed commercial terms.

  • Late payments may attract applicable interest or late-payment charges.

  • Applicable taxes, including GST, shall be charged as per prevailing laws.
